Frank joined Loeb Properties in 1998 as Senior Vice President of Marketing. Frank heads Loeb Realty Group, LLC, the company’s Brokerage and Tenant Representation Services.
Frank has nearly 15 years of Commercial Real Estate experience spanning Retail, Office, and Industrial transactions across 18 States totaling approximately $150 million dollars. His list of clients include: Enterprise Rent-A-Car, Surplus Warehouse, Paragon National Bank, Swanky's Taco Shop, Hollywood Feed, Captain D’s, Del Taco, and Boomerang Car Wash.
The native Memphian attended Christian Brothers High School and graduated from The University of Mississippi in 1991 with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree. He later graduated from The University of Memphis with a Masters of Business Administration degree with a concentration in Real Estate in 1994.
Before coming to Loeb, Frank spent 3 ˝ years with the auto parts retailer AutoZone where he was the top producer of new store sites for two consecutive years. He then spent more than 3 years with Federal Express Corporation in its Corporate Real Estate Department where his responsibilities included leasing office and warehouse facilities across the U.S.
Frank also serves in leadership roles with several civic organizations including Chairman Elect of The Boys and Girls Clubs of Greater Memphis, The Memphis Neighborhood Christian Center, and Christ United Methodist Church. Additionally, he is currently the Region VI Vice President for the CCIM Institute, the Past President of Memphis Metro CCIM Chapter, a member of the 2004 Leadership Memphis Class, recipient of 2001, 2004, and 2006 Memphis Association of Realtors Pinnacle Award, and was named one of the “Top 40 under 40” by Memphis Business Journal in 2000. |
