Loeb Properties owns and manages a portfolio of over two million square feet of retail, office, multifamily and industrial properties in Tennessee and Mississippi. In addition, it develops single-family subdivisions and mixed-use projects.

Since 1887, four generations of the Loeb family have run a family firm involved in over a dozen businesses including real estate investment and development, convenience stores, fast food restaurants, outdoor advertising and laundry / dry cleaning businesses.

The Loeb family has been constantly involved in political, civic and charitable activities of Memphis. Henry Loeb twice served as Mayor of the City of Memphis. Loeb Properties and its employees currently provide volunteer leadership and financial support to over 100 Non-Profit Organizations in the Memphis area.
