Metropolitan Bank Leases Former Loeb Headquarters
Metropolitan Bank is opening its first branch in Memphis, at the site of the former Loeb headquarters (5264 Poplar). They’ve signed a 10-year land and building lease with multiple options and plan to completely renovate the 50-year-old building.
Matt Prince, Sr. VP of Brokerage & Development, represented the Loeb, the landlord, in the deal.
