Tom joined Loeb Properties in 2001 as the Construction Manager to oversee maintenance, renovations, construction, and tenant improvements. After graduating from Memphis University School, Tom earned a BFA from Memphis College of Art and a Master of Arts in Teaching from the University of Memphis.

Tom is a licensed general contractor with both a residential and commercial background. He sees his position at Loeb Properties as an excellent opportunity to utilize his building skills in a wide array of commercial construction, additionally; his art background has proved particularly useful in many renovations that Loeb Properties completes each year.
