Bob is President of Loeb Properties, Inc. Loeb Properties and its affiliates are involved in real estate investment, development, brokerage, and management of retail, multifamily, office, single-family and mixed-use properties. Its portfolio includes over 100 retail properties from single-tenant to 170,000 square foot grocery-anchored centers, office properties from 50,000 square foot single-tenant to 220,000 square foot multi-tenant, along with multifamily, industrial, and single-family developments.

Bob graduated from Southern Methodist University (B.S. 1977; M.B.A. 1985). He is Chairman of the Board of Trustees at Memphis University School and a member of Lambda Alpha International and Urban Land Institute.
