Mila is a native of the Ukraine and is a graduate of the Cherkassy campus of the National Technical University, also in the Ukraine, with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. Prior to joining Loeb Properties in 1995 after immigrating to the United States, Mila spent over fifteen years in the construction business starting as a designing engineer and through a series of promotions advanced to the position of Chief Estimator and Financial Officer.           

In addition to her duties as Controller, Mila is responsible for Loeb's key corporate software applications, customization and report design as well as preparation of financial statements. Additionally, as Network Administrator, Mila is responsible for information processing, training and support. Her experience spans SQL and Access databases, network infrastructures and several software packages including Microsoft Office, Crystal Reports, Sage, MRI, Intuit Quicken and Quickbooks.
