Lou received his B.A. from the University of Tennessee and completed post-graduate studies in real estate at The University of Memphis. He began his professional affiliation with the company in 1982 as real estate manager for the firm's surplus properties portfolio from retail operations. Over the next five years Lou was instrumental in guiding the company's focus from the operator of various retail businesses toward real estate investments. His primary area of experience has been with the acquisition and management of commercial property.
