Earl joined Loeb Properties in 1999 as Chief Financial Officer and in 2005 also assumed the responsibility as Chief Operating Officer. As COO, Earl works closely with the Sr. VP-Asset Management and Sr. VP-Brokerage & Development to formulate leasing and property management goals, ensuring effective utilization and returns on company properties. As CFO, he is also responsible for all internal and external financial statement reporting, management information systems, employee benefit programs, risk management programs, tax planning and compliance, along with long-term financial planning for all Loeb-related entities.

Upon graduation from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock in 1978, Earl began his career with Arthur Andersen in Memphis, where he worked primarily in the tax division and gained experience in personal, corporate and partnership taxation. From 1985-1999, he was Corporate Controller for privately-held Belz Enterprises, a large Memphis-based commercial and industrial real estate developer, obtaining extensive real estate experience. 

Earl is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in Tennessee.  He is active in his local church and several urban ministries.
