Carolyn joined Loeb Properties in April of 2007 as Assistant Controller. She is a graduate of Freed-Hardeman University with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting. Over the last 15 years, Carolyn held various accounting positions, from property accountant to accounting manager, with property management companies.

Her responsibilities at Loeb include supporting the Controller in cash management, financial analysis, and accounting procedures as well as overseeing the annual budget process. Additionally, Carolyn supports the Network Administrator by providing experience in Intuit Real Estate Solutions, basic management and accounting applications, and Windows.
