Joe Foley has worked in the multifamily industry for twenty years with much of this experience in the third party fee
management business.
Beginning as a project manager for a 1,000-unit community,
with significant deferred maintenance, Joe supervised a $10 million
dollar renovation and lease-up. The successful lease-up allowed
the owner to complete his disposition plan, selling the property
95% occupied.
Joe has held various positions in property management. As a
District Manager, he directed portfolios ranging in size from 4,000
to 6,000 units. More recent positions include Vice-President and
Divisional Manager. In this position, he directed property
operations for 14,000 units located in six states and over $6 million
dollars of renovation projects.
Joe has responsibility for all multifamily property management
operations for Loeb’s Multifamily Division. These duties include
overseeing of daily operations, planning and implementing capital
improvements and strategic planning.
Joe has an undergraduate degree from Vanderbilt and is a
lifelong Memphian. |
