[CA] City Council Approves Overton Square Development
Memphis City Council approved Loeb Properties as the developer for the expanded Overton Square Theater District. Commercial Appeal has the story.
On this date, February 22, back in 1980, the “sidewalk cafe” at TGI Friday’s opened, allowing for outdoor dining at the popular restaurant.
